5 Reasons Heads Up! Crane Safety Lights Max Series LED Line Lights Are Superior to the Competition

1. Crisp and Defined

Take a look at the picture of the stacked lines above, what is the difference that you notice? The Max Series line light is more precise and casts a stronger color. When alerting personnel of an incoming overhead load, it is imperative for the warning to be bold and hard to miss. The Max Series line light projects an actual line, unlike the top light that appears to be trying to act as a line, but instead looks like a “blob”. Since safety is the main reason for these lights, the line must be as precise and noticeable as possible.

2. Impressive Performance at Much Higher Installation Heights

The Max Series line light can be installed at a height of 20+ meters, while the competition does not recommend any higher than 9 meters. At 9 meters, the competition's line resolution is poor. For reference, the picture above is at 6.1 meters.

The preciseness of the Max Series line is guaranteed to stay sharp and not turn into what some may describe as a “blob”. This “blob” line is what often happens to other crane safety light products as the installation height increases. The color of the line at this high installation height also still stays bold so personnel can be well aware of an incoming overhead load.

3. Ability to Adjust Line Length

The Max Series line lights offer the unique ability to adjust the line length. The Max Series line light has two metal covers that can slide in or out to make your line longer or shorter, all you need is a screwdriver! This option is not offered by the competition.

4. Durability

The Max Series line lights are made with durable materials that allow them to perform in the harshest of environments. To take it even a step further, the SB HP and SB Super HP are specifically designed for the most heavy-duty environments. All of the lights are IP65 rated with impressive operating temperatures. The Max Series line lights have an anodized aluminum housing with a finned heat sink, stainless steel screws and cable glands, steel mounting bracket, and EPDM gaskets. These lights provide durability while being more compact than the competition.

5. Affordable Cost for Exceptional Quality and Performance

There is no denying that the quality of the Max Series line light is unmatched by any other crane safety light on the market. There are many factors to take into account when looking at the standout qualities of the Max Series line light. The bold color and precise line are something you do not see often with the competition, the proof is in the picture at the top. These advantages paired with its durability make the Max Series line lights the superior solution.

The quality of the projected line you get for the price is more than fair. Yes, the competition’s lights may be less expensive per piece, but that is comparing apples to oranges. It is much more cost-effective to install a quality crane safety light than have to deal with the costs of an accident.
